Production Strategy
My production strategy for drift two was very different than that of drift one. I went out with a whole new idea on how to capture more of the media artist in myself. That's why for drift two I took pictures in a particular way. On the walk I would take a picture every ten steps starting out. I would take the picture at head height, but not looking at what I was taking a picture of. This way it was like the audience was looking through my eyes on the walk. After walking for a while I then decided to add five steps onto the total, making it every fifteen steps of picture taking. Throughout my whole drift every time I rounded a corner I would add five steps and continue all the way back. This way my drift walk would have a very diverse selection of photos for it.
For both my sound and picture I started on Austin and would work my way around till I hit Cindy. I felt that my strategy should not have any direction on where I should go, so I went with my gut reaction and just went where I wanted too.
